Why are we different?
There are many wonderful non-profit organizations which support wildlife. They contribute to the conservation of species from ducks to pandas to elephants ñ the list could go on and on. But what has been missing? As a scientist studying in the field of conservation for the last 20 years it has been difficult - but achievable - to raise study funds for even the most charismatic species - but for the less ìwarm and fuzzyî species it has neared impossible. Papoose-Conservation Wildlife Foundationís mission statement is to preserve the diversity of species and their habitats. So while funds donated to the Foundation may go to support work with gorillas or elephants, they may also go to support the study and preservation of pangolins or takins or the whooping crane or the giant armadillo or spade foot toads or Ö..

While other non-profit organizations can help in the conservation of one species or one taxa or select projectsÖPapoose-Conservation Wildlife supports the importance of diversity in wildlife and the importance of all species.
